Serving the fleet industry since 2008, Ms Dobrikova has worked closely with several of the Top 100 commercial fleets nationwide and has built long-term relationships from the executive suite to fleet operations, providing them solutions to reduce their operating costs and liabilities.
Previously was VP of Strategy & Business Development for Cummins Crosspoint Division and VP of Sales for Echo Automotive which provided fuel efficient solutions to fleets nationwide.
She is an active member of the North American Fleet Association (NAFA), National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA), Automotive Fleet &Leasing Association (AFLA), Electric Mobility Canada (EMC), Clean Cities Coalition, and CALSTART, where she is also a member of the HTUF planning committee. She serves as Chairman of the board of directors for the NTEA Green Truck Association with other executives in the fleet industry.
Ms. Dobrikova holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University, and is a Miller Heiman Certified Sales Professional.

Previously was Global Business Development Manager for Parker Hannifin's Hybrid Drive division where he brought innovative solutions to fleets nationwide saving them fuel, operating costs, and increased fleet efficiency. Prior to that he served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Navistar on their electric vehicle program.
He joins us with extensive knowledge of the industry, as well as, providing a solutions to fleets that will reduce their fuel, operating costs, & risk. He cares about working with the client to lower than total cost of ownership and find solutions for their everyday fleet demands.
Mr. McGrew holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.

Ms. McDargh holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Kansas State University, and has completed Pragmatic Marketing’s Product Launch Essentials and Effective Product Marketing training.
